Pre-registration closes at midnight on 9/26. Racers can still register the morning of the race from 8:30 – 9:30.
The course marking will occur on Thursday and Friday, wrapping up at noon on Friday. If you want to pre-ride the course there will be ‘red’ arrows that will indicate the turns and nearly all the race barriers will be in place by Friday at noon. Gravel roads will be marked early Saturday a.m.
The Hickory Ridge singletrack will be showcased, and we believe the trails to be some of the finest in the state. We continue to work on expanding the trail system, highlighted by our latest addition, Burnt Wagon. We hope you enjoy the trails in the race and return to ride them more often. Be sure to thank our local County Forest & Parks person at the race for the continued cooperation with CORBA.
Upon your arrival on race day, please park first and then proceed to registration. We will use the field for parking and not the roadway. The township road will remain open to traffic. Registration will take place at the Dog Island Cabin (NW of the parking area). The start will be an ATV paced rollout on the paved township road. The finish line will be near the south end of the parking area, across the road, on the ski trail.
Following the conclusion of the race, racers, volunteers and spectators are invited to enjoy food and beer at the Dog Island Cabin. An awards presentation will commence as soon as the final racer has finished, and results have been finalized.
