So is everyone up on the signs of heat exhaustion?  You may want to read up before tonights group ride.

  • profuse sweating,  (well that's a given tonight?
  • weakness, (that's pretty much me all the time lately)
  • muscle cramps, (usually only after rides, but sometimes during)
  • headache, and (also goes along with hangover, so be watch out there)
  • nausea and vomiting. (that pretty much defines a good ride!)

All kidding aside, be careful out there and listen to your body.
