Trails

Whether you’re looking for flowing backwoods scenery or tight, technical singletrack, we’ve got a trail for that. CORBA has partnered with Eau Claire County, Chippewa County, Dunn County, and Barron County landowners to build and maintain miles and miles of offroad fun for Chippewa Valley mountain bikers, hikers, trail runners and snowshoers. Drop into the trail system links below for info, maps, directions and a sneak preview of the Chippewa Valley’s newest singletrack trails.

Area 178

Singletrack system just on the outskirts of Chippewa Falls

Centennial Park (formerly) Otter Creek Park

Altoona’s Otter Creek Park features singletrack under full tree canopy.  You can be sure to escape the hot summer sun at this sweet local riding spot.  It is also extremely fat-bike friendly as the terra-firma seems to be on the loamy, if not somewhat sandy, side of the spectrum.  Plenty of opportunity for jumps, drops, climbs and a few log pile crossings.  A popular wildlife area for those “city-critters”.

Hiawatha Park

A fun and quick ride inside the city limits of Rice Lake.

Hickory Ridge

The Chippewa County forest offers a technical mountain biking experience. The absolute wilderness  lets riders experience adventure through steep hills and valleys, over rocky terrain and circling glacial lakes.

Lowes Creek County Park

Eau Claire County Park, within the city, offers twisty singletrack, quick climbs and fast sections.

Menomin Park

This singletrack trail system is located in Menomonie, Wisconsin and brings user alongside the banks of Lake Menomin.

Northwest Community Park

City of Eau Claire community park that brings mountain biking to the northwest side of town. A true, hidden treasure.

Pipestone Quarry

A more technical singletrack trail system just outside of Rice Lake in the Barron County Forest.

River Doc Trails

A new trail development just outside of Rice Lake, WI which will bring a mix of trails experiences to the community.

Silver Creek Trails

Singletrack trail system outside Clayton, Wisconsin. Fun and challenging.
